Right now I make $130k, work from home, Fully remote, and it’s a 4 day 32 hour work week. I have every Friday off. I love the schedule of course but I don’t love the way the company is run and sometimes the job is very stressful.
I just received a formal job offer for $172k, also fully remote work from home. But it’s a full time 40 hour 5 day work week. I don’t know if it will be better or worse but I really liked the man I interviewed with who would be my boss.
I truly don’t know what to do…. Do I give up my every Friday off for so much more money? I feel like I’ll like my team more but I don’t know. It’s the known vs unknown.
One more thing is that my current job is a very small company and the new job is a huge huge company.
