Should I tell someone at work or just keep it to myself?

For the past weeks, I have been feeling burned out at my job. I do housekeeping where there are elderly residents for memory card and assisted living. My new partner and I have been working together since last month and we are tired from the work we have been doing. We work from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., but for the past few weeks, we have been staying after to make sure that all our work is done otherwise, we will get complaints and my supervisor does not like complaints. My partner leaves at 5:00 p.m., while I stay to wait on the rags to get done in the dryer to fold them after. Its frustrating for me to get off late every single day where I don't have any energy, my knees are feeling weak and sore, and I get tired and fall asleep at times. My right hand has been feeling numbed and tingling for weeks due to the work that I have been doing. I want to tell someone, but I feel like what I say will not matter and I feel like I will be letting down everyone. I don't even feeling happy when going to work. What should I do?
