Interview - Asked to Break Down Industry Value Chain

I have an interview coming up where I will be presented with a case study (an actual project brief, e,g. “We have a client looking to invest in the plastics manufacturing industry in Australia…”), and asked to break down the market/industry value chain. This isn’t the primary focus of the interview (it’s for an expert network role), but does anyone have any insight into what sort of things I should be focusing on when breaking down the industry value chain, or how I would present it? Apologies if it’s a silly question, I just don’t know what they would be expecting. Thank you in advance!
