Recently I have been applying to seasonal associate jobs for the holidays so I can earn money. I heard back from this one company and I had a interview scheduled for the phone the next day. Surprisingly they never called me for my interview at the time I was scheduled for until I was called three hours later. In my head I thought this was quite unusual and when I picked up the lady offered me the position I applied for and told me to fill out some kind or form and that they were going to do a background check on me. Upon hearing this I was very confused and everything she said just muffled together. I was expecting an interview and I was asked to come this friday which is tomorrow. I would have been fine with this offer but after the call I never heard back from them in an email or some form saying you were accepted or denied for this position. On the candidate application it still says under review and I am very clueless on what to do next. I was asked to come in for orientation which is tomorrow but I have received nothing from this company following the phone call. I am not sure what to do next and I really don’t want to go in without clarification.
