Advice please for job opening

I found a job online that I’d really like to apply to. Problem is I’ve been out of the industry for awhile and am pretty rusty with the industry knowledge. I feel that I’d like to get back into it however because I feel more passionate about it than what I’m doing now. How do I present myself knowing that my skills are not current and up to date?
