All I want right now is a break from working with the general public. What kind of work could I look for?

I'm hoping you guys might be able to give me a little advice. I'm currently 28 and have worked a variety of jobs in my adult life. Most of it has been retail-related, but I've done some hotel and bank teller work as well over the last few years. My most recent job was as an admin assistant with a healthcare lab office.

I'm completely burned out on working with the public. I'm currently hoping to take at least a break from doing those kinds of jobs. The only problem is that I have no formal education after high school to speak of, and 99% of my experience has been customer/patient/guest service related.

I guess I'm just at a loss as to where to go from here. I want to start looking for work that's not so customer focused. I'm great working with any amount of other coworkers, but I'd rather bite it than do another service-focused job right now. I'm great with typing and computers and would love some kind of job revolving around that, but I'm not sure what's out there. Would anyone be willing to lend a hand?
