so as the title states, im quitting my first job at a retail store after a month. at first, i wasnt planning on quitting so soon but the management was too inflexible with their scheduling, as i wanted to lessen my number of shifts since i will be starting my first year at uni in september. i told them i would be able to pick up more shifts after i get adjusted to my schedule for university, but they unfortunately cant do anything (not surprised tbh). but im just worried itll look bad to quit so soon after joining them. at the end of the day, i dont wanna ruin my academics and exhaust myself just for this minimum wage job. so im going to give my two weeks notice tomorrow. im just kinda stumped on what to say if they ask me why im quitting. any advice would be greatly appreciated lmao !! <33 (also ik this isnt that big of a deal but it kinda is to me since it was my first work experience ever lol)
