Do I have to tell a company that I'm in contact with other companies during an interview?

My interviewer asked me if I'm in contact with other companies while doing an interview...

I said no, but I have since got offered an interview with a different company

Should I let the other company know that I'm "in contact" with another company or should I not say anything?
