It was a rapid fire “agree or disagree” with pictures coupled with one or two words. I was instructed to answer without thinking. The ending was pretty accurate but the weird thing was that I was “moderate risk” to an employer because I “have too much empathy”. I found that odd. Who else has weird application assessment experiences to share?
