Hourly work kind of sucks. At least with salary, the chance of you truly working 8-9 hours is slim unless you’re in a grueling field. But with hourly, you NEED to put in those kinds of hours, especially if it’s on the lower end to survive. Im grateful on one hand to be working from home, but I feel like I can never ‘relax’. If I’m just sitting there trying to do nothing, I harp on myself thinking I should probably work. I’m already feeling the burnout. Any advice or can you relate?
