CRNA vs anesthesiologist

What do you guys think about the differences/similarities of a CRNA vs an anesthesiologist? I know that the schooling + debt for an anesthesiologist would be twice as much. But how about the work/life balance and schedule flexibility? Any CRNA’s who wished they would’ve gone with being an anesthesiologist (and vice-versa)?
