Employment history

I am applying for a job that asks for all employment history. I am 37 years old. I don't remember all the details for the summer jobs that I held back in college from the early 2000's. I don't remember my exact wage, the last names of my supervisors, and the exact hire dates. Also, I have no reservations about my potential employer contacting any previous employers, but I highly doubt that the grocery store that I worked at in the summer of 2003 remembers me. Am I overthinking all this? Any advice?
