What's a reasonable salary for a product support specialist?

So I've got an interview next week for a company who sells software. So basically I would just be remote tech support. It's a full time gig and I do have a bachelors degree in MIS. There was a question on the application about my expected salary and I just answered "Negotiable" so I didn't box myself in.

I'd just like to know if I do make it to the negotiation stage, what would be a reasonable ask? I don't want to scare them off but also don't want to lowball myself. My honest answer of what salary I would be happy with is basically just $50k or above.

Obviously I'm not going to be the first one to give a number if I can avoid it.
