I understand employers want to filter out people through these tests, but do they really notice if people take them or not (AFTER they submitted their application on Indeed.com)?
I imagine employers would put more emphasis on reviewing the resume and cover letter than the cognitive test.
I'm not against taking the test, but I don't see the advantage, unless they obviously really care that much about the applicant's results.
