Interview tips to someone who hasn’t had interview in 5 years?

Hi all! I just got an offer for a group interview in 2 days for a (very) entry level (customer service call center type job) but i’m very excited since it’s my first post grad job (will graduate this May)!!

Problem is, i haven’t had a “proper” interview in like 5 years and this is a group interview. I’ve only had 2 interviews my entire life and they weren’t even interview type questions cause the manager already knew/liked me and they were desperate to hire.

Background about me is i’ve been a certified nursing assistance for past almost 5 years so i have handful of experience interacting with variety if patients and family members and providing excellent care and service to them. I’ve also been a cashier and provided excellent customer service. This “Customer Service Agent” role basically answers customer’s calls/questions about their health/insurance plan and accurately quote their plan benefits and claim processing details.

Any advice on how to be sucessful in a group interview? Kinds of questions they’ll ask? I have problems “selling myself” and have no practice so any advice would be greatly appreicated!
