I'm about to be fired, what do I do?

2 weeks ago I was put on a PIP in my sales job. As hard as I tried (if you know, you know sales is hard), I am not going to make the standard on the PIP. They told me this today, and said next week on Friday they are going to have a harsh convo with me, so be prepared. But also: "kudos to my hard work!" They say.

Sooo, im about to be fired and I can do nothing between a week to hit the difficult goal that not even the better performers often hit.What should I do now to prepare for this?

Ive been applying to jobs before hand, should I do more??
