Freshly graduated from uni, just landed a job with near perfect conditions for me in my domain, but I feel like I should be paid more than my actual student job.

Long story short. I'm freshly graduated from university in Marketing. I've been watching job opportunities closely during the last weeks and scored a job litteraly 5 minutes from home, no traffic etc. etc. and it's litteraly in the domain of the web marketing which is what I thrive for. So it's litteraly perfect for a newly graduated me.
This is a young company (less than 10 years) with not a lot of employes but thing are going pretty well for them in the last years hence why they want to extend the company. I've made a pretty great impression on the interview but due to the stress, I kinda panicked when they asked me what I expect in term of salary and not knowing what to answer when it happened I just said that I am currently making 20$/hour (CAD) with my actual student job so I'd take something not under that so they kinda settle for it and just equalize it and said that they could offer that.
I feel like I should get more than my actual job and I got lot of plans with my wife that rely on my future job, but in the same way, the job conditions are nearly perfect not gonna lie, I would have never guess I would land a job this close to home in a super young enterprise with what seems a pretty nice culture as well.
I'm re-meeting them wednesday to get all the informations, signs paper and confirmed salary, advantages, etc. Is there anything I can do to maybe negotiate my salary without making them regret their decision of choosing me. I find it hard to visualise saying I worth more than that for the job I do if it's my first ever job in my domain. Should I just stick with what they offer just for the perfect conditions alone ?
Not sure if it's the best place to post but I could'nt find any other place tbh.
Sorry for my english, it's not my native langage as well ! :)
