I’m tired of my office job and I am looking to get a hotel job (concierge, server or similar) in Europe. How can I best attain this?

I am officially burnt out of living my miserable 60k/year office job, looking at computers and sitting in a chair all day.

The thought of being able to work in a more people interactive role in a hotel somewhere exotic like Italy excites me beyond measure.

What can I do to make this a reality? Thank you for your thoughtful answers in advance.
