Just started new job, found out other new hires are making significantly more than I am with less experience.

Just got hired as a banker for my first job out of college. Found out today at orientation that others starting at the same position are making about 20% more than I am, 1 of them without a degree!

I like this job and I've only just started but it's not sitting well that I'm being played so much less when I'm more qualified and to be honest, a little better at the job on first inspection.

What are my options?
