Should I write my application in multiple languages? If not, which language is the right one to use?

Hey,

two quick questions, hope I found the right sub for them:

I am currently applying for a translation job in a big company in Germany. The focus is on perfect German and French, and since I was raised bilingual I am pretty confident on that. English is also mandatory but not on a level such as French or German, so I think I can meet this requirement aswell.

1) The job offer was written in English, the information about where and how to apply in German. In which language should I write my application?

2) Should I consider writing the application in all three languages (or at least French and English) for it to be kind of a "proof" or would that be too much/too motivated?
