For the last 3 months, I've been looking for a job before the summer, but I've been hearing the same thing back from every job "will call you back" or "our hiring manager will look over your application and give you a call back" and everytime I hear that I just know I'm not going to get the job or a call back. And whenever a job is doing on the spot interviews, I say pretty useful things but I dont know if there good enough. Is there anything I should be putting on my application to make me stand out, and is there anything to say at my Interviews to help me stand out? Oh and btw back in November I got terminated from my last job due to the job being too far from me and Lateiness (I had to take two buses up to the mall) and I dont know at this point if I should be honest or dishonest, I've already been honest for a while about that and I feel like that's getting me no job, so I was told to not just mention it, and if the job finds out just explain yourself in the best way. Idk anymore. I would really appreciate some help.
