I recently started working with a temp agency to help me find a job. Today they called me and asked me if I was interested in a local fabric factory. I said yes and they told me they would call me back once they sent the location my information.
About an hour or two later they call me back and tell me I have an interview set up for tomorrow. Since I went through a temp agency is there a higher possibility that I'll get hired or do I have the same chances as I would if I put in the application myself? Also, since I'm going in for an interview, and I get hired, with this position also be temporary or since I'm getting interviewed is is possible that this will be a permanent job?
I don't know if it matter but I just moved to this state and don't have any work experience here. All of my work is based in my home state.
