I recently interviewed for an RN position at the hospital I went to school at. They said they would get back to me soon with an offer. However, I have another interview in a week at a different hospital that has better pay and benefits. How do I handle them offering me a job, but also wanting to wait to see if the other hospital offers me one, too? I’m not sure how to respond if they call and offer me a job before my other interview.
