Security Clearance Question?

I passed and accepted a job with the government and passed security clearance background check at the beginning of the month. I don’t start until the end of the month. I am unemployed and have gotten behind on my bills like credit cards and a couple loans. I’m only one month behind and will be able to get caught back up next month. Will this show up on my security clearance and disqualify me for the job? I had to take a credit portion and I was just wondering if my late bills will effect it. Should I tell my job or just keep it hush hush?
