I interviewed for a position at the university I attend about a month ago (feb 6th) and at the end the guy conducting the interview said he would let me know the result whether I get the position or not. I sent a follow up email about two weeks ago asking if a decision had been reached, and have not received any replies. Should I continue trying to send follow up emails or just give up and move on?
