Recommended first job for a 20 year old inexperienced introvert?

I don't have many skills/qualities, and everything worth learning in school I have practically forgotten.

I am trying to get into doing some sort of retail job to help boost my confidence and gain experience in customer service. My facial expression is neutral 80% of the day so I rarely smile (that smirk thing that Trump does is the best I can do). I have trouble understanding a thick foreign accent though, to the point where I have to ask a few times to repeat themselves.

But my preferred job at the moment is probably Warehouse/Factory work, where being fake-happy isn't a requirement.
