Bodyguard job for my granddad.

My granddad has always dreamed of being a bodyguard but he just isn't getting any luck with it. Granddad feels like he not getting any offers because of his age even though, he has a lot of experience. Grandad is 53 years old, fit, use to be army infantrymen for 20 years, worked as a police officer for a good period of time, and been working security job for a long time too. Can you guys point me into the right direction of getting him hired?

Edit: Forgot to mention he has certification from some bodyguard training place.
