Started a job a month and a half ago, i came in Happy, motivated, disciplined with a loving attitude, and now?
feeling down and having anxiety :(.
When i got the job they rushed me in and told me the last person quit because she got pregnant within a week of starting? they seemed anxious hiring me.
I don't get it, i mean i'm not the best employee,(i have my flaws) but i do my job, mind my business and i will respect what your telling me.
Since iv'e started it seems like people have been coming and going, the managers and people in the office use everything against me to piss me off, they ask me a question, then i answer them. they will do the opposite to get me annoyed.
(now i don't tell them direct answers)
Then on top of that, i have Factory workers, trying to size me up, knock me down. its like why can't people mind there own business and live life?
i work 66 hours a week with these people why cant they be smart enough to know that we should try and respect eachother? the job is easy. but of course the managers make it like the titanic is sinking.
Im a loner at heart, i Guess i just need a loner job.
