I have been working at a machine shop for 6 months now. I have a bachelors in engineering but couldn't find a job because of lack of experience. The company I work at now offered me a position as a technician so I can gain experience. I was very happy up until around a month ago when a new person got hire. He has more experience than me (has been doing machining for 13 years). He started being nice and friendly because he was new but now all he does in yell profanity and say "let's go! What the fuck why are you so slow! Do it fast!" Let it be noted that upper management and my other coworkers have never complained about my performance. What do I do with this situation? Do I tell him that his constant yelling makes me uncomfortable? On a side note. I have been approach lately by upper management to tell me that I might be changed into a new higher position. Long before he got here. Should I suck it up and wait for them to change me or do I say something?
