Whenever I use searches like Linkedin or Indeed I sort by post date. But I keep finding that even though Linkedin or Indeed says the job was posted a few days ago, when I go apply on the company site it says the job was actually posted 30+ days ago. Why is this? Does this mean they are still looking? Or are other people who are not the company stealing these jobs postings? Do you just move on when you see this or should you apply?
