I just started a job 3 months ago and now want to quit. What do I put on my resume and tell potential employers?

Long time lurker, I haven’t had anything “interesting” to ask until now. Like the title says, started a job 3 months ago. If this was online dating, their profile picture would’ve been 10 years old, oversold themselves in their bio, and there wouldn’t be a second date. I have decided to look for another job, but should I include my current position? What do I tell potential employers? Thanks folks.
