Got email saying job would call for phone screening, none came

So a few weeks ago I applied for a job and I got an email a few days later saying they'd call in a few business days for a phone screening. That never happened, so I'm wondering; should I just look elsewhere or contact them in case they lost track of my info or something? I've never had a job before so this is all new to me.
