How do I come into this line of work? I feel like it would be a good fit for someone with a meticulous personality. Seems like it's right up my alley. Do I just take any position at a factory, and try to maneuver my way over to that side of the operation? I have a pretty general associate degree if that makes a difference. Does anyone here work in quality? I'd love to hear what the job is actually like from someone in the field.
