I recently graduated from college and am needing to find a quick serving job in my hometown while I continue to look for work relevant to my degree. I didn't work all last semester and now I'm broke and just need any kind of job at this point or I'll go crazy. 8-]
I don't plan on lying to the restaurant employers, but I'm not sure if putting my degree on this resume is even necessary or if it will hurt me because it would make me look overqualified or pretentious. Btw, I have plenty of experience (3-4 years in food service) so I got that covered.
