Received an email yesterday around 9:30am asking if I was free that day for a phone call about a role I applied for.
Truthfully I wasn't as I was booked for a photoshoot in the afternoon, so I told her the best time I can take the call is 11am, otherwise I'm free all day tomorrow (today).
By 11am I didn't hear from her, so I sent a follow-up email saying I've shuffled my schedule so I can take the call later that afternoon. Still haven't heard from her.
Today I messaged her on LinkedIn asking her if she's still on for the phone call, and said that I'm keen to speak with her.
Am I'm being too pushy? It's only a receptionist role, however I'm eager for it because it's for a marketing agency and I really want to get my foot in the door in a creative industry. I figured this place would be perfect as it's the opportune place for me to start and work my way up.
