Dilemma: I was fired from a job in sept 2017 and found another one in July 2018 but was fired at the beginning of this month. I still have the job that I was fired from as present in my resume. If I change it,how do I explain to interviewers/recruiters that my employment end it after 7 months?

I have a few interviews coming up and I kind of lie about it and I’m worry that if I do land offers my previous managers won’t give me a hand and throw me under the bus. Although when they terminated me, I left in good terms with them. The place is small only 10 employees including the partners. What should I do?
