"Casual" Job Interview?

Hi Everyone,

So I just passed the phone interview with a recruiter followed by a phone conference with the hiring manager and senior advisor. I thought it went extremely well. I just received an email back last week that they want to go out for drinks and have a "casual" interview. What does this mean? What should I expect? Should I still bring my resume? Most importantly, what should I wear?

Never had an informal job interview so does that mean they really like me?
