Transitioning Army Officer

Hey everyone,

I'm currently a field Artillery Officer in the Army with three years active. I'm looking to get out of the Active Army this summer and am currently searching for Jobs in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas. I'll also be continuing my service as a Finance Corps officer in the Reserve. My big issue when applying for jobs is "relevant professional experience," which I take to mean as industry experience. I have an undergrad degree in a liberal arts major and while I have experience in operations, team leadership and property management, most jobs I'm looking at want people from that particular industry. Does anyone here have any experience with this either as a veteran or an employer? Thanks!
