Invited to interview, but not clear about time?

I was invited to an interview and emailed back with the day I'm available. Then I asked "what time is good for you?"

Here is the reply I got:

"Let’s have you plan to come to the office from 12:30pm – 3:30pm."

Does this mean I'm scheduled to be there for 3 hours from 12:30 - 3:30 or does this mean I should reply with a time between 12:30 - 3:30? Should I just ask for clarification?
