So it really pisses me off how im about to get a day off and my manager texts me if I can come to work the days I'm not schedule.
I been in this job for about a month, so far so good but it bothers me how he out of nowhere feels like he can text me to come to work in my days off that i'm not scheduled. I'm wondering can I say no? Like he has done this before and I always says yes, but I want to take the day off, today and tomorrow and he told me if I can work today and tomorrow, like are you kidding me?
I need this job so bad, and I don't wanna get fired, he needs to understand he can't just text people when they are planning to take their days off, can he fire me if I refuse? Can I do something if he fires me for that reason, please give me some recommendations.
