Been rejected many time, how to deal with this

I dont know if this relates here but do help me if you can.

I am a recent graduate from UTexas and have a degree in information systems. I have also self taught myself cyber security and iOS development. I also have a certification in cyber security from CompTIA.

Its been many weeks and I am just applying for jobs on linkedin, indeed, college job portal and getting rejected. IDK if my resume is not so good or something, but it has really getting hard to land a single job. Although it shouldnt be the case because all my friends have a job right after college.

Please help me in any way you can, I know this might be asking too much but it will go a long way in my career.
