Associates Degree in Tv Production

I have no traditional job experience, just a short internship with the college I went to as a studio director. That and a bunch of short films/videos I did. I want a job in the video production/editing field, but finding one has been challenging. I've submitted at least 100 applications in the field and it has yet to go anywhere. Any tips/tricks or jobs you know of in the Philly/ central Jersey area?
