Wrong degree with no experience. Any advice?

I have a bachelor's in news/editorial (print) journalism, but I haven't earned a job in the field. I barely graduated in 5 years for a four-year degree. I currently work as a pizza delivery driver. I tried going to school for computer science and added another $15,000 in student loans to my debt. It's to the point where I forget I even went to school. How do you start a career in any field?
