Should I quit already?

So I recently accepted a new "job" which is only 9 hours a week right now. It's at a urgent care doing their social media, which I already do freelance for others.

The first day I was supposed to come in was yesterday at 12 PM. An hour before the business opened for orientation with the owner/doctor. Sat outside the front door until 2. Nobody ever showed up to even open up the building. During business hours.

The doctor, who is the only other employee besides a front desk person, finally got back to my email and said he overslept. Until past 2 PM?

Finally get told to come in the next day at 1:30 instead. Get my "orientation" which consisted of login information and him basically telling me to leave after I waited for him for about an hour. No idea when I'm supposed to work, what he wants me to do.

So tonight I get an email at around 9:30 PM with him telling me he wants me to come in tomorrow at 10am. When I was supposed to be working almost entirely from home. I find that a ridiculous hour of night to ask me to be there when he could have told me in person today.

I don't want to quit so soon but he has shown signs of being kinda more headache than it's worth for less than 40/hrs at minimum wage. I also have an interview for a 9 to 5 job with benefits and a 401k this Friday, which would interfere with when he decided he wants me to come in.

Should I just drop this and focus on the interview and more legitimate full time jobs? I don't necessarily need the money right now as I make it from other avenues. More so the experience and resume building. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
