I'm in quite a pickle! So I've currently been employed at my new (and first) job as a Seasonal Associate at Michaels. I've been working there for around 3 weeks now and I kinda don't like it. The pay is 14/hr but ehhh the customers are very entitled + rude and the managers/environment is super unorganized. Also, I had no training and am getting back lash for not knowing things, it's super strict. I recently just got an email opportunity from another job which is smaller and more relaxed which I think I would enjoy much better. I don't know what I should do, stick to the job I have, or just go and see what is up with the new offer I got? I don't know how I would quit even. Thanks for reading this, also if the new offer pays more I think I'll quit but I have no clue what they pay!! If anyone works at Kungfu Tea around the DMV area lmk the hrly wage. (Also the current job is seasonal, if I stay at least till Christmas, will my new job wait for me?)
Please anyone give me advice!!!!
