Should introverts avoid customer service jobs ?

The ones that want friendly, enthusiastic people and all that ?

Some job called me back for an interview. It's retail, customer service at a mall candy store for the holidays.

I naturally am even-keeled, soft voice, and don't sound enthusiastic naturally. I also get anxiety in crowds and can get overwhelmed.

Is it best to cancel or should I go to the interview ?

The uniform is also ugly & I'm worried I'll look bad
