Being interviewed by future coworkers

I had an HR phone interview a few days ago and got invited to an in-person interview for a position that seems really appealing.

During the phone interview, the HR rep mentioned that the department had recently been restructured and there isn’t really a supervisor or team lead at the moment. Therefore my interview will be conducted by the 2 current workers.

I’ve had interviews in the past where a future coworker was brought in for a part of the interview but never where they led it.

Any advice for being interviewed by someone who you will be working beside rather than for?
