Staffing Agency Interview

I’m meeting with a recruiter from a staffing agency in Boston on Friday. Is business casual acceptable or am I better off going the dress pants and blazer route? I always feel so silly in a blazer even though I think they look great on other women. I just don’t feel like myself and I don’t think it improves my ability to act natural in an interview so I avoid them when possible!

My field is healthcare administration, in case that’s relevant.
