Contacting current supervisor....um....why? How do I handle this?

Filling out an application and they want to know my supervisors name. Then they ask if they can contact my current employer.

Um...fuck no.

Heres the problem.... My current position is the only position in my resume that relates to the one I'm applying for. So how should I handle this? I don't want my boss contacted because he does not know that I am seeking employment elsewhere and he is a hating ass dude sometimes.

This shit is dumb. Now I feel like I won't be contacted if choose no plus I'm forced to put my supervisors name. Won't let me advance otherwise.
