Hello everyone! I could really use any selfcare/advice/tips for those of you running close to 80 hours a week.
I work two remote jobs - one is almost full time (averaging 35 hours) and the other is 40+ depending on business needs. I have two computers side by side, and I literally switch back and forth all day between jobs. I logged 80 hours last week between both jobs. I was physically and mentally demolished.
I'm running a really tight budget to meet a goal to get the remainder of my private student loans paid off by March, which is entirely feasible by sinking one of the two paychecks into them, if I keep this pace up. But how I feel right now, I don't know how much longer I can keep up this pace. My sleep is sucking, I'm sacrificing gym time, which is my main source of stress relief, and I barely leave the house (I toggle between two computers through the day, side by side).
I still cook for two, try to take care of the house, etc, too. My BF has been picking up some of my half of the chores (which he's fine with because he wants these loans gone just as bad as me), but I'm starting to feel like I'm losing it.
Any advice? Routines or exercises you do daily to keep your shit together? I want to get a strategy going because once these loans are gone, this is going to be an insane way to build some savings up too. I just want to keep my head above the water and tread as long as I can.
